Schedule Your Free Class Today!

Your journey starts with a FREE ONE-On-ONE CLASS. Scheduled at a time that fits your schedule, you’ll be joined by one of our coaches to sit and talk about your fitness goals and how DOXSA can help you achieve them. You’ll learn about our fitness programs and training methodologies. Then, you and your coach will map out a plan for you, based on your level of fitness and your goals. Of course, you’ll get a taste of what we do around here with an awesome workout—what are you waiting for?

 

FUNDAMENTALS

No CrossFit experience, but interested in our Group Training program?

Prior to starting Group Training, one of our coaches will lead you through (5) private 30-Minute sessions to get your primed and ready for our Group Training. We’ll connect you with a coach to schedule times and dates that work best for your schedule.

*Fundamentals is required for all new athletes who do not have prior CrossFit experience. Prior CrossFit experience constitutes 3 months or more at another affiliated CrossFit facility.
